This time , i found a 2 month old video which was about one of the most discussed about topic of this month : Large Hadron Collider , yes you must have heard a lot about it but do you exactly know what its all about ?
I myself have little knowledge about LHC , so i did some googling , found tons of videos and articles which made me comfortable about this experiment . But not everybody knows about this , and what better way can it be to learn about LHC by listening to a song based on the LHC !
This rap was made by Kate McAlpine 2 months ago , which became immensely popular getting more than 3 million views on Youtube , i think this rap is just way too amazing , and yes if you just listen to the beats then you aren't getting what the main aim is : To Know what LHC does and how can people make a rap on it ! Hello Humanoids . Sorry for such a delay , its pretty hard to blog even a single post in week these days , sigh . Lets get back to the topic , What does this browser do basically ?
ExitReality founder Danny Stefanic said users of the software, which ran in tandem with popular browsers such as Internet Explorer and Firefox, would be "blown away" by the rendering of traditional two-dimensional web pages as full interactive 3D environments.
"It is the entire web in 3D -- making 40 billion virtual worlds -- and it will instantly transform 2D content into 3D," Mr Stefanic said.
The software then allows people to search for sites using the built-in search engine, which then instantly renders pages in 3D. Individual web users are then shown as avatars (virtual people) in the same way as people are featured in virtual games.
What does this do to a normal 2D website ?
Websites such as YouTube are transformed into movie theatres while social networking pages like MySpace are turned into virtual lounge rooms. The software also enables people to see other web page visitors as avatars and interact with them, moving the Second Life model from the walled garden of the game to the entire web.
So how do you install this ?

Did you test this on a website ?
Yes i did , and tragically it was disastrous . I tested : news.yahoo.com on Internet Explorer 8 beta 2 . I was pretty excited about the fact that my browser would be now 3D , but the moment it did make a 3D environment it shocked me . I have never ever seen such poor graphical environment in my life and it is so heavy on the system it seems as if i am running a big programme on my P.C . It was so bad , most of the links were hidden behind by some stupid graphics , the only cool thing is the news is continuously coming on a separate television screen and guess what , The text on the screen isn't visible !

So what's the verdict ?
The idea behind this web browser is 13 years old and what we did expect was something way better than this . The idea is really cool but where it lacks is the application itself. The browser is becomes dead slow and you can't do anything except watch websites in 3D . By the way , who doesn't want his/her website in 3D ,so website or blog owners , submit your website/blog to this link .
What i recommend is that you give it a try once , opinions vary as you know hence giving it a try wont spoil anything . So now , enjoy the world of 3D on your web browser !
Hello Humanoids . When Firefox got updated to Firefox 3 and then later Firefox 3.0.1 i used to take care if all my addons were updated , but the only addon which never got updated was Faster Fox , one of he most popular and widely used addon with Firefox 1.5 - Firefox 2.0 , but sadly the developer never gave us an update , thus people had to remove it since they cant afford to wait for an addon and not update their web browser !
I was desperately looking for a way to find out how to Run Faster Fox in Firefox 3.0.1 (which is the current version , if you haven't updated then please do so),. but wasn't successful . So i decided to find out a way myself and to my delight it was successful !
Here is how you can do it in few steps , just keep following closely :
Go to the Faster Fox Website and you will see something like the image below :
Instead of Clicking on it , right click and click on Save Link As and it shall be included in your Firefox Download Window
Now Right click after it finishes installing and select Open Containing Folder Option .
This will lead you to the file , now you need a software for Unzipping such as Winzip , 7zip or Winrar . In this case we shall use Winrar .
Right Click on the File which will be named as faster-fox-2.0.0-fx.xpi and select " Add to faster-fox-2.0.0-fx.xpi.rar " option .
Now go to the .rar folder named as " Add to faster-fox-2.0.0-fx.xpi.rar " and right click on the folder and then select the option Open .
This will Lead you to the Winrar Interface . You will see the faster-fox-2.0.0-fx.xpi file on the Winrar page and all you have to do this right click on it and select View option .
Now you shall notice few files like the image below :
Double Click on the file named as " install.rdf " and if you get it on a Notepad File try redirecting it to the WordPad since you won't be able to edit it in a Notepad File .
Now go to the bottom of the file in Wordpad and you shall the following code at the bottom :
See the Arrow : Replace<"em:maxVersion>2.0.0.*<"/em:maxVersion>
to
<"em:maxVersion>3.0.4.*<"/em:maxVersion>
Note - If you are Using Firefox 3.0.0 , then replace the code by : <"em:maxVersion>3.0.0.*<"/em:maxVersion>
Update - The code has been updated , and the readers can change the 2.0.0 to whatever version will be upcoming up , for example for Firefox Version 3.0.5 : change the 2.0.0 to 3.0.5 , simple !
Note - Remove the inverted commas please from the inside of the tag.
Just save the file and a window shall appear :
Just click on Yes and then Press the Backspace from your Keyboard and you shall be back to the place where you started !
Now drag Firefox-2.0.0-fx file from Winrar Interface itself by pressing left Mouse button to your Firefox window and click on install .
Faster Fox is now compatible and Running on your Firefox !
I wrote this tutorial in a very easy to understand manner hence everybody can grasp it effectively !

Hello Humanoids . Lets get back to desktop make - up and accessories . I have been a user of Object Dock and Rocket Dock , the two most widely used docks , and didn't find much difference . Object Dock had better features and wider user range while rocket dock had better customization options and most importantly it used up less RAM which undoubtedly made it way better than Object Dock . But the lack of updates from Punk Labs , i.e the creator of Rocket Dock , made me find something better and something different which I came across :
Circle Dock : The Open Source Circular and Spiral Dock for Windows .
Before getting to its features , lets have a look at its system requirements :
Windows XP or Vista (32 or 64 bit)
A descent Graphic Card , though its not very necessary that you have the powerful graphic card !
So the good news is that the latest version of Circle Dock ( Circle Dock 0.9.2 Alpha Preview 8 ) just got updated yesterday , i.e. 14 September , so it lets have a look at small updates about the new version of Circle Dock .
Lets take a glance at its features :
Use "Icon Replacement Mode" in the right-click menu of the centre button to quickly replace the original icons with higher resolution ones. In this mode, you can just drag and drop new PNG images over top of the dock icons, centre button, and background and they will be replaced right away.
New Settings Panel with many options.
Moving your mouse to either the left or right edge of your screen toggles visibility. This can be turned off.
Be default, Circle Dock 0.9.2 Alpha 7 uses your middle mouse button and the F1 key on your keyboard to toggle visibility. Both can be changed in the settings panel.
You can know grab the background and move the dock.
You can resize all the elements of the dock in the settings panel.
You mouse scroll can rotate your folder which is pretty unique .
So is this better than the traditional docks ?
I would say not at least today , since Circle Dock is still in alpha stages its not advisable to compare it with products which are years old , tested and moreover trusted .
Its thankfully very low on RAM so people who have descent RAM can have fun with this dock right away , the dock is easy to use with a catchy interface , I wouldnt be surprised if you start loving this dock immediately after you download this !
Though adding icons , folders and location is a pretty annoying , plus giving them some specific position on the dock is tad boring but you have to do that on every desktop dock my friend .
I was so tired of my Rocket Dock , that i removed it immediately and i am playing with my new dock , its pretty amazing to say the least .
Please , give it a try and maybe you want to have it on your desktop right away !

What is Swype and what does it do ?
Swype provides a faster and easier way to input text on any screen. With one continuous finger or stylus motion across the screen keyboard, the patented technology enables users to input words faster and easier than other data input methods—at over 50 words per minute. The application is designed to work across a variety of devices such as phones, tablets, game consoles, kiosks, televisions, virtual screens and more.
Swype works with an on-screen QWERTY keyboard like you have on the tablet version of Windows and on the iPhone . But instead of tapping letters out, you press your finger or stylus on the first letter, then, without lifting it, move it to the remaining letters in the word. When the word is done, then you lift. In other words , Swype allows you to type out your text messages by connecting the dots. All you need to do is put your finger or stylus on a touchscreen keyboard, and “Swype” it along the word that you need to spell.
It was developed by Cliff Kushler, a developer of the T9 text entry system that most of us use on our text messaging in order to avoid hitting the same button more than once for a different letter.
Current Platforms they are working on :
The development team is focused on Windows Mobile (smartphones) and also the tablet version of XP and Vista, and Surface . They are planning to develop for Linux and Symbian platform as well .
Is it as simple as it sounds ?
After observing some videos i have observed 1 most important thing : The frequency of typing the letters and the results was approximately 21 words per minute which isn't impressive and to improve this you need to practise hard at this !

But according to Skype : Swype is faster than existing text entry methods because it has built-in intelligence that does not require users to hit each letter accurately. Also, tracing a smooth, continuous path is much faster than “target-tap-lift-target-tap...”. Even novice users can quickly achieve sustained data entry speeds of over 40 words per minute.
The biggest Problem for Swype :
Firstly , the name itself ,I thought it was some Skype product but then when i did read about it ,I came to know it was a great product . Personal Secret : every time i tried typing Swype , i mistakenly kept typing Skype ! It was truly annoying :-(
The biggest challenge is convincing the users to use their products instead of the default ones , which is very difficult indeed . If Swype does have few talks about getting into as a default application , then only it can survive .

I wish to write a post about the evolution of animated cartoons or anime in the 21st century , but time doesn't permit me , sadly .
Dragon Ball Movie is entirely based on the Cartoon series of the same name / title.
Here is the story of the movie :
Goku (Justin Chatwin) goes on a journey to find Master Roshi (Chow Yun-Fat) and gather the seven mystical Dragon Balls before the evil Lord Piccolo (James Marsters) can. Along his way, he meets Bulma (Emmy Rossum) who then joins him to help him in his mission. When arriving at Roshi's place, he is not welcomed with embrace but he has to fight Roshi. Roshi soon learns that Goku is the grandson of Gohan (Randall Duk Kim) and thus trains him to prepare him for the ultimate battle with Lord Piccolo to prevent him from collecting the powerful orbs.
So its time to bring on the Screenshots taken from the website : nedorama.cl which is a spanish website ,as far as i know .
Be warned , the official trailer will be coming in October 17 and this screenshots are from the trailer itself . So don't see the images below if you don't wanna spoil the fun . Though its recommended to see the images below and take a look at the weird looking and totally unrealistic images from the movie .

The Hardcore Dragon Ball fanboys must have been pretty surprised with these screenshots for sure .
I have 5 Reasons why a Dragon Ball Fanboys would never see this movie :
None of the characters in movie appear like the original characters in Cartoon series. The make -up look disgusting and so does the cartoon .
There is no way Picollo , can be recolored to something yellow . Eww...
The movie is the part 1 of Dragon Ball series which wasn't appreciated as much as Dragon Ball Z , so there are going to face tough times.
The budget of the movie is $100 million , and the time they are taking to make the movie is terribly awful , and adding to their miseries the fanboyism of Dragon Ball series have decreased , so you cant expect this movie to be a block buster hit movie.
The movie has been delayed multiple times and i bet April 9 , 2009 isn't the date when its going to be released . The whole reaction from Dragon Ball fanboys have shared constant views : The Movie Looks Horrible.
And i would surely agree with the above statement .
The only hope left is that the graphics or the special effects are good enough . I pray to Lord that this movie doesn't spoil the Brand DBZ and the Almighty Akira Toriyama .

Hello Humanoids . Finally , Google Chrome is here and most all of us were waiting impatiently . I wasn't excited at all until i did download this unique web browser. I think it was worth the wait now , but this is just the first beta and it has loads of bugs and loads of features i love .
First and foremost lets take a look at its features :
One box for Everything : Web search. Web history. Address bar. Suggestions as you type. One unified box serves all your browsing needs
New Tab Page : Every time you open a new tab, you'll see a visual sampling of your most visited sites, most used search engines, and recently bookmarked pages and closed tabs
Application Shortcuts : Use web apps without opening your browser. Application shortcuts can directly load your favorite online apps
Dynamic Tabs : You can drag tabs out of the browser to create new windows, gather multiple tabs into one window or arrange your tabs however you wish -- quickly and easily
Crash Control : Every tab you're using is run independently in the browser, so if one app crashes it won't take anything else down
Incognito Mode : Don't want pages you visit to show up in your web history? Choose incognito mode for private browsing
Safe Browsing : Google Chrome warns you if you're about to visit a suspected phishing, malware or otherwise unsafe website
Instant Bookmarks : Want to bookmark a web page? Just click the star icon at the left edge of the address bar and you're done

I don't have time for the hardcore testing , but i can give you my first impressions !
So here are First Impressions about Google Chrome after using for an hour or so :
7 Things i hate about Google Chrome :
There is absolutely NO integration with google apps, by default. I would have thought it's bookmarks would give you an option to link up with your google bookmarks. Or import them. I figured it wouldn't even be an option just built in. Same with maps, calendar, and mail. They didn't leverage the power of their existing products at all.
There is no Home button and the status bar doesn't even exists !
Update : Darn , i found a way to add Home Button . Just go to , Customize and Control Chrome -> Option - > Basics - > Tick the Add Home page Option .
Crash doesn't even exist . I have tested it on fully loaded Web 2.0 website , but this did resist pretty well .
There is a Big Argument whether This web browser did pass Acid Test , but according to a genuine source it has passed Acid 3 test.
Scrolling ? A tad more sensitive than other web browsers ( I have seen reports that the scrolling doesn't work in some cases )
No recently Closed Tabs , Boo . But there is a History Link , so don't worry !
There is still no Download link For Mac or Linux OS computers
Note for Bloggers : If you are eager to use Chrome as a default browser , then think again as most of the widgets that aren't of Google will break the sidebar widgets for sure !

One of the most interesting feature is application shortcut , i have started using it !

So what should be the conclusion ?
I wont suggest you to change your default browser , but i would suggest you to give Google Chrome a try .
Google Chrome Already has speed , functionalities and has great scope for improvement web kits . But Google Chrome has ages left to be the next Firefox .
