A notable entry in the 2008 Awards was a video of the University of Florida Taser incident, uploaded by The Gainesville Sun; it was entered in the new Eyewitness category. One nomination in the Politics category was an interview with once-candidate for the Republican Presidential nomination for the 2008 American presidential election, Ron Paul. Also included in the Politics section was the I Got a Crush... on Obama video. The Leave Britney Alone! video by vlogger Chris Crocker was nominated in the Commentary category. Internet meme video Chocolate Rain by singer Tay Zonday was nominated in the Music section; it won.

Hey everyone, for doing as the topic says the best tool is Favicon.com but sadly its NOT free. So the best way to do this for free is this favicon.
Just upload the picture from the browser and then writing any text (if u want it to animate [ and i know you do 
) .
Just follow the steps below ->
- Click "Download Favicon", download package, unzip it and then open it. Your favicon.ico is located in it.
- Upload the favicon.ico file to your web site root folder (make sure it goes into your root directory where your index page is located).
- Between your and tags enter the follow code: < href="favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon">
- Just read the text file that comes in the .zip and you can begin using your new favicon asap!

Firefox 3 Beta 4 is now available for download. This is the twelfth developer milestone focused on testing the core functionality provided by many new features and changes to the platform scheduled for Firefox 3.
New features and changes in this milestone that require feedback include:
Improvements to the user interface: better search support in the Download Manager, ability to zoom entire page or just the text, continuing look and feel improvements on Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS X and Linux.
